To reserve the puppy of your choice, simply click on the paypal button and leave a deposit. Remaining balance is due prior to puppy leaving the Ranch.  Please do not put deposits on puppies already reserved for another buyer.  Puppies marked reserved means that money has been received to hold that pup and it is no longer available for sale to another buyer.  Puppies marked reservation pending means we are waiting on a deposit by mail. Puppies marked Adopted means all monies have been received for that puppy and it is unavailable.  Shipping by Nanny is typically available for around or under $300.   I only charge actual fee for shipping, crate and transportation to the airport.
Shipping Includes: Shipping Approved Crate, Travel fee, Pre-ship Medical Exam.
We do NOT hold Puppies without a Deposit.  If I am talking to you about a are still require to pay a deposit to hold that puppy!  Many people say they want a puppy...the people who actual want one pay a deposit to ensure they get one!

Deposits are applied to the purchase price of your puppy. Deposits on a puppy to ensure it is reserved for you means it is no longer available for sale because it is saved for you.

We accept cash, certified check, and Credit Card (through PayPal). If you make payments through PayPal, there is $5.00 charge. Deposits must be received in 3 days or puppy will be sold to the next interested party.

If you change your mind our deposits are NON refundable.

The deposit signifies that the
Buyer intends to follow through with the purchase of the puppy from the Seller. In the event that the Buyer cannot follow through with the purchase of the puppy, the deposit is forfeited and NO refund will be given. Please be certain you want to reserve a puppy because deposits are non refundable. If you decide to change your mind, sellers are left with numerous expenses as well as loss of sales and the cost of re-selling a puppy you took off of the market. We want to be fair to both buyer and seller.If by tragic accident the puppy were to die or be determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, before the Buyer takes possession of the puppy, a full refund of deposit will be given to the Buyer. If there is another puppy available that the Buyer wants to put the deposit towards, the deposit can be put towards that puppy.

Balance is due at pick up.
Final payment in person is only excepted in Cash, Official Check
or Bank Money Order.
Balance paid by check must be made no less than two weeks prior to pickup/shipping. Checks must clear prior to puppy leaving the Ranch.
If a puppy is being shipped to you then full payment for the puppy including shipping is required 2 weeks prior to the puppy going to his/her new home. Shipping of puppies in the U.S. is around $375. This includes the vet check/health papers, crate, & plane ticket.
The shipping cost is nonrefundable. Microchip, fecal test, additional vaccinations, etc. can be added at buyers expense.

If a puppy needs to stay with us longer than 9 weeks we charge $5 per day.
This price includes food, additional wormings, shots, etc...

If puppy is paid in full and buyer no longer wants
that puppy or can no longer have that puppy any reason, NO CASH REFUND will be given. Pups can only be replaced by a pup of equal or lesser value as deemed by seller.
§ 28-1018. Sale of puppy or kitten; prohibited acts; penalty.
(1) A person, other than an animal control facility, animal rescue, or animal shelter, who sells a puppy or kitten under eight weeks of age without its mother is guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.
(2) For purposes of this section:
(a) Animal control facility means a facility operated by the state or any political subdivision of the state for the purpose of impounding or harboring seized, stray, homeless, abandoned, or unwanted animals;
(b) Animal rescue means a person or group of persons who hold themselves out as an animal rescue, accept or solicit for dogs or cats with the intention of finding permanent adoptive homes or providing lifelong care for such dogs or cats, or who use foster homes as defined in section 54-626 as the primary means of housing dogs or cats; and
(c) Animal shelter means a facility used to house or contain dogs or cats and owned, operated, or maintained by an incorporated humane society, animal welfare society, society for the prevention of cruelty to animals, or other nonprofit organization devoted to the welfare, protection, and humane treatment of such animals.

§ 28-1019 Conviction; order prohibiting ownership, possession, or residing with animal; duration; violation; penalty; seizure of animal.
(1)(a) If a person is convicted of a Class IV felony under section 28-1005 or 28-1009, the sentencing court shall order such person not to own, possess, or reside with any animal for at least five years after the date of conviction, but such time restriction shall not exceed fifteen years. Any person violating such court order shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor.
(b) If a person is convicted of a Class I misdemeanor under section 28-1005.01 or subdivision (2)(a) of section 28-1009 or a Class III misdemeanor under section 28-1010, the sentencing court may order such person not to own, possess, or reside with any animal after the date of conviction, but such time restriction, if any, shall not exceed five years. Any person violating such court order shall be guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor.
(c) Any animal involved in a violation of a court order under subdivision (a) or (b) of this subsection shall be subject to seizure by law enforcement. Distribution or disposition shall be made under section 29-818.
(2) This section shall not apply to any person convicted under section 28-1005, 28-1005.01, or 28-1009 if a licensed physician confirms in writing that ownership or possession of or residence with an animal is essential to the health of such person.
